How can we help?

Support is available to licensed clients through the secure Client Portal so account and profile details stay connected to the correct client.

Open Client Portal

Activation help

  1. Ask your administrator for a Chat Responder PRO-… key.
  2. Open the Extension, paste the key, review the data-use disclosure, and activate.
  3. If access is blocked, send the displayed Extension ID to the administrator for approval.

Sync or offline help

  • Confirm mrjindal.com opens in the same Chrome profile.
  • Use the Extension status bar to check Synced or Saved offline.
  • Reconnect the internet and open the Extension; queued changes retry automatically.

Reply help

  • Use the + button to add a keyword and reply.
  • Use Unanswered Messages to turn an unmatched message into a reply.
  • Use Import/Export JSON only for manual backup or migration.

Safety and scope

The Extension does not need Amazon passwords, OTPs, payment data, proxy credentials, or cookies. Never send those items in a support request.
